Also present at the meeting were Union Ministers and deputy ministers of Myanmar delegation, Myanmar Ambassador to China U Tin Oo and departmental heads. The Chinese Premier was accompanied by Governor of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Mr Ma Biao, Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs Mr Zhang Zhijun, Vice Minister of Trade Mr Gao Hu Chen, Chinese Ambassador to Myanmar Mr Li Junhua, Deputy Secretary-General of the State Council of China Mr Siang Zhao Lun, Vice-Chairman of National Development and Reform Commission Mr Mu Hong and senior officials.

Vice-President Thiha Thura U Tin Aung Myint Oo and Premier of the State Council of PRC Mr Wen Jiabao exchanged views on matters related to promotion of Comprehensive Strategic Cooperative Partnership between the two countries, implementation of projects on oil and natural gas sector, hydropower sector, mining sector, transport sector, agriculture, health and education sectors with momentum between the two countries, peace and stability in border areas, cooperation in ensuring regional peace and stability between the two countries, and bilateral cooperation in issues between China and ASEAN.
