NAY PYI TAW, 22 Nov - President of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar U Thein Sein attended the closing ceremony of the 19th ASEAN Summit at Nusa Dua 5 of Bali Nusa Dua Convention Centre (BNDCC) in Bali of the Republic of Indonesia at 4.35 pm on 19 November.

Also present at the ceremony were the Heads of State/Government, the ministers, high-ranking officials, the ASEAN Secretary-General and guests. An ASEAN documentary video was shown at the ceremony, and President Dr. Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono of the Republic of Indonesia, the alternate Chairman of ASEAN, spoke on the occasion.

Next, the Indonesian Foreign Affairs Minister presented a gift to the ASEAN Secretary- General.

Next, the Indonesian President handed over responsibility of alternate Chairman of ASEAN for 2012 to Cambodian Prime Minister Samdech Hun Sen. Then the Cambodian Prime Minister extended greetings, and the meeting came to an end after a documentary on Cambodia was shown.
